I have run almost all functions of iobit system care as well. I ran a AVG scan, a Super AntiSpyware scan and used the iobit security 360.
This started awhile ago when I was running a different anti-virus program. I am running AVG and iobit security 360 v1.61 on Windows Vista. Another thing that happens is after booting up and logging into Windows the screen goes black for about a minute. As well Windows Media Player can take forty seconds to open when I open an attachment in my email that requires that program and a futher thirty or forty seconds before it plays.
Two thirds of the time I have to click on an application twice to get it to open.
